Sunday’s Santa Anita Pick 6 & Pick 4 Tickets – June 15
- Updated: June 15, 2014
Saturday’s Santa Anita Park Recap – June 14
Edge to early-pressing types on the fast main track with two horses going virtually wire-to-wire (5f, 9f). Turf course played fair with an 8f wire job, two stalking winners 98f, 6.5f), and a late running downhill winner.
Four-bagger for Joe Talamo including both Grade 1’s. Phil D’Amato saddled two turf winners including Obviously in the G1 Shoemaker Mile. Jorge Gutierrez saddled two maiden winners and Talamo rode both.
Using the Primary – Secondary Ticket strategy on Saturday, I tabbed three Primary winners (Midnight Storm, Lil Bit O’ Fun, Iotapa) and two Secondary winners (Nueva Fortuna, Obviously).

Sunday’s Pick 6 Tickets
Note that the Standard Ticket shows how much it would cost if you used all of the contenders on one ticket. The multiple Primary/Secondary ticket strategy saves money and allows you to put your strong handicapping opinions to the test.
In addition to my regular Primary-Secondary ticket strategy, I will incorporate DRF’s Ticketmaker A-B-C strategy, Pick 6 Scramble, and the Big Ticket-Budget Ticket strategy that I used when I started this blog in 2009.
Today, I have posted Pick 6 tickets below using the Primary/Secondary strategy:
