Thursday’s Del Mar Pick 6 Tickets – July 18

Wednesday’s Opening Day Del Mar Recap  – July 17

Edge to early-pressing types (2 wire jobs @ 6f) on Polytrack. Stalkers and closers nabbed all four turf route races carded.

Visiting jockey Joel Rosario booted home four winners and will jet back to the East Coast for Saratoga’s opener on Friday. Last year’s leading trainer Peter Miller saddled the early double and Rosario rode both.

On the ticket front I tabbed three Primary (Moving Desert, Gervinho, Love de Car) winners and one Secondary (Rising Legend) winner.

Note that the Standard Ticket shows how much it would cost if you used all of the contenders on one ticket. The multiple Primary/Secondary ticket strategy saves money and allows you to put your strong handicapping opinions to the test.
