Del Mar Recap – Saturday, November 22, 2014
Four wire-to-wire winners (6.5f, 8f, 8f, 6f) on Polytrack. Turf course seemed to play fair (rail at 24 feet).
Alonso Quinonez booted home a pair. Mike Puype saddled two winners.
On the Pick 6 front, nobody had all six, so we have a carryover ($115,124) for the fifth time since last Thursday.

Jarrod Horak’s Early Pick 3 Tickets from Del Mar – Sunday, November 23, 2014
DMR 1 (Mcl-40k, 6f) #1 GUYFROMTHESKY (8-5) landed the place in both starts for Kent D-Hess. He’ll probably win the opener at a short number. #5 Guy Code (2-1) removes the hood, switches to Espinoza, and is tagged for the first time. #6 Dudley Studley (6-1) looks like the best of the debut runners. Hendricks shows a profit with first timers and dam has tossed two winners. THE PLAYS: #1 to win, Exacta 1/5-6
DMR 2 (Clm-40k, 8.5T) #1 ZANBO (3-1) drops out of the Optional Claiming ranks. She likes this turf course (5-2-1-2) and reunites with winning pilot Bejarano. A ground saving tactical trip is expected. #3 Miss Ellany (7-2) is a 5-time turf winner facing softer company for Sadler. She’s a pace player at the very least. #7 Love Blind (5-2) is back up the ladder after an easy $25k course-distance win. Sherman excels with claiming repeat attempts and Solis is riding well again. THE PLAYS: #1 to win, Exacta 1/3-7, Exacta 3-7/1
DMR 3 (Mcl-30k, 8f) Two wire jobs at this speed friendly distance yesterday. #5 WHOYOUGONNACALL (7-2) owns an ascending numbers pattern and likes to mix it up early for Talamo-D’Amato. #2 Hot Lightning (7-2) is tagged for the first time. He stretches out and has speed. #8 Litigation Road (3-1) faced stakes foes in 2 of 3 starts and might be competitive at this level. THE PLAYS: #5 to win, Quinella 5/2-8
